Quick5k is a lending-partner network, not a lender. We cannot approve a loan, check your application status, move a due date, or pull up an account you opened with a lender. For anything tied to an active loan, contact that lender directly. We also do not give individual financial, legal, or tax advice.

How fast will I hear back?

One business day or less, Monday through Friday. Notes that land over the weekend get answered the next business day. If your question is about an active loan, the lender can usually move faster than we can, so start there.

Can you tell me if I was approved?

No. Quick5k connects you with lenders, but each lender owns the decision, the terms, and your account. We cannot see your application or your approval status. The lender you matched with is the only one who can.

Does the contact form sign me up for anything?

No. This form is a message to our team and nothing more. It does not start a loan request, share your details with lenders, or add you to a marketing list. The Get Started form is where a loan inquiry begins, and that step is always your choice.

Do I have to give my phone number?

Only if you want a call or text back. The phone field is optional. Leave it blank and we will reply by email. If you do add it and check the consent box, you can reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time.

I think I spotted a mistake in an article. Will you fix it?

Please tell us. We would rather hear it. Point us to the article and the line that looks off, and an editor will take a real look. Accuracy is the whole point of Money Hacks, so corrections move to the front of the line.
