Legal disclaimer.
This page collects the disclosures that apply across Quick5k.com. Read them with our terms of service and privacy policy.
1. We are not a lender, broker, or financial advisor
Quick5k is a marketing service that connects US borrowers with a network of third-party lending partners. We are not a bank, lender, credit union, broker, loan servicer, debt collector, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, originate loans, set interest rates, fund loans, service loans, or collect payments. Any loan you receive will be issued and serviced by a third-party lender under the lender's own loan agreement and the laws of your state.
2. Eligibility (18+, US residents, state laws)
To use Quick5k you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States. Use of Quick5k and any loan you may receive is subject to the lending laws of your state of residence. Quick5k is not available in every US state, and the products available to you will depend on what is permitted in your state. Some states prohibit or restrict certain short-term loan products entirely; in those states, you may not be matched with a lender at all.
3. Rates, terms, fees, and approval are not guaranteed
Loan amounts, annual percentage rates (APR), terms, fees, payment schedules, and approval are decided by the lender at the lender's sole discretion, based on your individual credit profile, employment, income, debt obligations, state of residence, and other factors. They are not guaranteed by Quick5k. Examples of loan amounts, monthly payments, APRs, and timelines on this site are illustrative only and do not reflect any specific offer you will receive. The actual cost of any loan, including total fees and interest, depends on the lender you choose and the terms you accept.
4. Sample offers on the home page are illustrations only
The "sample offers" shown on the Quick5k home page are illustrative examples of what an offer might look like. They are not real offers extended to you and do not reflect the rates, terms, fees, or approval criteria of any specific lender or product. They are included to show the structure of an offer page, not to advertise a particular rate or lender.
5. TCPA consent: calls and texts via automated technology
By submitting your phone number through Quick5k, including through the lender form, you expressly consent to receive marketing, transactional, and informational calls and text messages from Quick5k and its lending partners and service providers at the phone number you provided. These communications may be made or sent using automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice, and automated text messaging technology, even if your phone number is on a federal or state do-not-call list.
You understand that consent is not a condition of receiving any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message, and you can opt out of marketing calls by contacting us at hello@quick5k.com. Some non-marketing communications related to your inquiry may continue after you opt out of marketing.
6. No legal, financial, tax, or credit advice
Information on Quick5k.com, including the Money Hacks articles, calculator outputs, and any other educational content, is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or credit counseling, and it should not be relied on as such. For decisions that affect your finances or your legal rights, consult a qualified professional in your state.
7. Third-party links and content
Quick5k.com contains links to websites and resources operated by third parties, including lending partners. We do not control those third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or the terms of any product or service they offer. The inclusion of a link or reference is not an endorsement.
8. State availability and licensing
Lender availability, loan amounts, APRs, and terms vary by state. We work only with lenders who represent that they are licensed or otherwise authorized to lend in the states where they operate. Quick5k itself is not a licensed lender and does not require a lender license to operate as a marketing service. State-level rules continue to change; if you are unsure about the rules in your state, the official source is your state regulator or attorney general's office.
